This website (the "Site") is operated by DBIsaac from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products
All products sold on this Site are digital artwork files supplied by download. No physical product is shipped. Product images shown on the Site are watermarked previews; delivered files are watermark-free.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where possible and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken securely at checkout. Your order is confirmed by email and your download link is delivered instantly on successful payment.
4. Licence to use the artwork
All artwork is supplied under a personal-use licence. Full terms are set out on the Licensing page and form part of these Terms.
5. Refunds
Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and refunds are not offered. If a download fails or a file is corrupted, please contact us and we will replace it at no extra cost.
6. Intellectual property
All artwork, text, imagery and design on the Site are the copyright of DBIsaac. Nothing on the Site transfers ownership of any intellectual property to the user.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or to redistribute purchased files in breach of the Licensing terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DBIsaac's liability arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place an order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
